Get some Sleep.
According to the University of Georgia:
"Stress and sleep problems often occur together when this happens it can
be hard to know how to improve sleep when you're stressed and reduce
stress when you have trouble sleeping. There are a number of reasons why stress and
sleep negatively impact each other."

Is it Worth getting Upset Over?
I thought this one was worth repeating in light of election results last night and to keep in mind going into the holiday season:
Look at the big picture.
Ask yourself how important it will be in the long run. Will it
matter in a month? A year? Is it really worth getting upset over? If the
answer is no, focus your mind, time and energy on something else. My
husband tells me all the time to “Look at the
doughnut, not at the hole.”
