Talk to Someone About How You Feel
Visit with someone you trust face to face or make an appointment with a
therapist. Telling someone what you’re going through can be very
helpful. You might not be able to solve the problem right then and there, but you might come up with a plan of action that will lead to a resolution.
Venting your feelings is really not a sign of weakness. In fact, most friends will be glad that you trust
them enough to confide in them and that will make the friendship even stronger.
